Conference Centre : Girona Convention Bureau

The Girona Convention Bureau gives free assistance for the preparation of Applications, with tailor-made viability studies concerning infrastructures, transport, accommodation, venues for meetings or group meals, specialized services, activities and any other aspect which will help you organize your conference in our city. Other services offered include: Information and contact details for the most suitable suppliers. Advice on searching for special locations, venues for group meals, or the most attractive activities to choose for your event. We can also help reserve hotel rooms for the dates of your conference; participate as external advisors on the organizing committee of a conference so as to provide technical assistance; smooth the progress of the administrative procedures required by the local authorities when seeking permission to hold an event; or publicize your conference through the Girona Convention Bureau's own website. In short, we can give organizers the maximum assistance to make sure that their conference in our city is a success.
